• Apollo-Premier entertainers must maintain a professional appearance. Each entertainer will always be clean cut and neatly shaven, professionally attired in formal tuxedo (unless otherwise requested), and WILL NOT have any visible body art or piercings.
  
• Apollo-Premier maintains a strict code of conduct. Each entertainer will always be professionally courteous, sober, and punctual.
  
• Apollo-Premier will always follow the direction of the client. At Apollo-Premier the client is the boss and we are the contracted service dedicated to meet the client's needs.
  
• Apollo-Premier WILL NEVER send an unqualified agent out to perform as an entertainer. Each entertainer must meet the highest standards of knowledge and capability before we send them into the field.
  
• Apollo-Premier WILL NOT play any music that could be considered offensive unless otherwise instructed by the client.
  
• Apollo-Premier will always be present for the program contracted. We will never leave a client stranded without entertainment or cancel a program. We our bound by our word and legal contract.
